Sunset Red VII is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, and Barbera with various years of wine from our estate. Aromas of eucalyptus, leather with a hint of cherry, to the taste blackberry, licorice, and spice. Enjoy as your everyday drinking wine or it will age very nicely.
This Merlot has a beautiful ruby coloring with excellent consistency and clarity throughout. The nose is huge and very varietally correct, with notes of strawberry, toffee, toasted nuts, sandalwood, and slate. The palate is full of wonderful fruit character with Pluot, bubblegum, Bing cherry, wild strawberry, and gooseberry. The bright fruit is driven by bright acidity, while lighter body in terms of mouthfeel, it makes up with huge fruit.
This wine has beautiful crimson color and even consistency from core to edge. Traditional aromas of blackberry, plum, maple, smoked bacon, tobacco leaves, and cedar. The flavor is replete with white pepper, black currant, cranberry, pomegranate and tart cherry. A medium-bodied Syrah slides straight down the center of the palate for an all-business wine-drinking experience.
Full of jammy fruit and spice on the nose, with spiced cherry, black cherry, kola nut, chocolate, bramble, dark mixed spice, toasty oak, volcanic soil and black pepper. Juicy and bursting with flavor, with raspberry jam, blackberry preserve, plum, fig, raisin, cedar, chocolate, Bing cherry, spice, earth and black pepper.
A blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh blueberry, blackberry and raspberry lead the way. These are followed by jammy strawberry, sweet spice, red licorice and a hint of beautiful Indian incense. This wine hugs the sweet spot of sweet and tart, savory and juicy, with flavors of blackberry reduction, cherry bark, red licorice, and black pepper.
“Jamaican Me Thirsty Mon!” This 5-varietal estate blend is comprised of Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, Barbera, and a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. Chocolate, cherry, and light pepper on the nose with bright flavors of ripe raspberry and a smooth blueberry finish.
